In a wok, heat oil and add cumin seeds and onion and saute for few minutes until translucent.

Now add tomato puree and cook for another 5 minutes.

Now add this point, add the chopped sarso saag, ginger garlic chilli paste and cook for 5-10 minutes until the raw smell goes away and the oil leaves the side.

Once cooked, transfer the saag into a bowl. Now prepare for the butter tadka.
In a tadka pan, heat butter, add chopped garlic and dry red chilli and pour it directly on the saag. - 5
For the makke ki roti, knead a dough of makke ka aata and warm water and salt.

Make small rotis atleast 1/2 inch thick.

Now cook these rotis on tawa and spread butter on them.

Your delicious makke ki roti and sarso saag is ready to relish!!!
