Heat a little oil in a skillet. Add the onion and sauté, then add the garlic, followed by the tomato, then the potato, and then the hot pepper. Keep stirring everything together for a bit.

Add the tomato paste and water, stir, and let it cook until the potatoes are tender.

Add the lentils, spices, and bouillon cube. Stir everything together for a bit. Then crack the eggs on top without stirring, sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper, cover the skillet, and reduce the heat until the eggs are cooked. That's it!

Serve hot with bread. Enjoy!
