Stir Fry Beef & Gai Lan 芥蘭炒牛肉

Ingredients

  1. 5-6 stalksgai lan, trimmed
  2. Oil
  3. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  4. 1 cupbeef, marinaded + thinly sliced
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Water

Cooking Instructions

    In a heated pan, add oil, beef, and garlic. Once beef is cooked, remove from the pan and set aside. Place gai lan in the pan and stir fry for a few minutes. Add a small amount of water and cover for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt. Stir in beef.
