Winter Special Dry Fruit Laddu using Dates and Anjeer for binding. It is very easy and quick to prepare. It can be made in 30 minutes. These laddus have a lot of health benefits. So make and enjoy these dry fruit laddus which are not only healthy but super filling too.

Firstly, chop the dates and anjeer and keep them aside.

Next chop the almonds, cashewnuts, and pistachios and keep them aside.

Crush the nutmeg and cardamom into powder and keep it aside. Also, keep ready ghee and poppy seeds.

Next, add the chopped dates and anjeer in a mixer grinder and grind it coarsely.

Heat ghee in a nonstick pan. Once the ghee melts, add the chopped nuts (almonds, cashewnuts, and pistachios) and the golden and black raisins and roast for 2-3 minutes.

Add nutmeg-cardamom powder and poppy seeds and mix it well. Then add the coarsely ground dates-anjeer mixture and mix until well combined.

Off the flame and allow it to cool.

Divide the mixture into equal parts. Apply a little ghee to your palm and form into laddu shape.
