Ingredients

  1. 200 gmspaneer
  2. 10-12cashew
  3. 2 tablespoonsghee or butter
  4. 2chopped onion
  5. 2chopped tomatoes
  6. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  7. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  8. 2green chilli
  9. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  10. As per tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  12. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  13. 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  14. 1 tbspsabji masala
  15. 1/2 cup fresh green peas
  16. As Requiredfresh coriander for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    First, soak cashews in hot water for 15 minutes. Make a smooth paste and keep aside Then, heat ghee or butter in a cooking pan. Then add cumin seeds. add onions and saute well.

    Then add tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, and garlic paste and saute well till aromatic. Then add the masala powders, and 1/2 cup water and stir well. Cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.

    Then remove from heat. Cool for 10 minutes. Grind to a smooth paste.

    Then heat another pan. Add the tomato and onion paste. Cook for 1 minute.

    Then add the cashew paste. Cook while stirring for 5 minutes. Adjust the salt, sugar, and seasonings. Then add the soaked paneer and boiled peas. Mix well. Cook further for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Finish with lemon juice. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapattis or Rice Enjoy!!
