1 liter /7-10 days
  • 2organic lemons
  • 40 gorganic turmeric fresh
  • 100 gorganing ginger fresh
  • 1.5 Lwater

  1. 1

    Peel lemons and quater
    Rinse and dice turmeric and ginger

  2. 2

    Cook lemon and turmeric and ginger in 1,5 L water for 45-60min

  3. 3

    Strain drink and keep refrigeated.
    Drink 1-1.5 DeciLitre (0.1 - 0.15 Litre) in water each morning
