Garlic RASAM
Steps

Soak tamarind in water.squeeze and make pulp.strain and keep aside

Peel garlic.take garlic,cumin seeds,black pepper, coriander seeds, chopped tomato and curry leaves grind together coarsely.

Heat oil in pot.add Fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds and whole red chili.

Now add coarsely grinded paste cook for 3-4 mnts.

Add water, tamarind pulp, turmeric powder,curry leaves and salt.

Let it boil for 4-5 mnts.

Serve hot.
- 8
You can serve with rice also.
