In a pan pure little oil, add onions and Scotch bonnet saute for 2mins

Pure in the minced meat, curry and seasonings add water as required then pure in the diced potatoes and carrot.. Allow to cook until soft

Mix in 2 tspn of flour with water
Pure into the meat pie fillings
Off the heat and allow to cool - 4
Sieve the flour in a bowl, add baking powder, salt, sugar and mix. Add butter mix until crumbled

Add in the egg then the cold water
Mix to form a dough - 6
Roll cut cut into desire shape add fillings and seal using egg around the edges

Grease the oven tray with butter arrange the meat pie and baked for 30min
