Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. Padron peppers
  2. 1couple of heaped tsps of Flour
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. Cream cheese
  5. Pomegranate seeds
  6. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre heat the oven to 180c and gently cook the Padron peppers until slightly charred.
    Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

  2. 2

    Make up your flour mix with a bit of water to form a thin batter.
    Cut the tops off the peppers and fill them with cream cheese. Push the tops back on.

  3. 3

    In a frying pan add some oil and dip the peppers in the thin batter mix and fry until golden.
    Drain on some paper and serve with pomegranate seeds and sea salt.
