Palak ki sabzi

Palak ki sabzi is very healthy, delicious and easy to make . As we know in winter season we have fresh spinach and we can make different kinds of recipe using spinach. So here I am going to share a very unique and delicious recipe using spinach and some other veggies like brinjal, raw banana and pumpkin. Palak ki sabzi

First take spinach,wash properly and drain the water. Keep aside.

Now in a kadhai heat 2 tbsp of mustard oil then add cumin seeds, 1-2 dry red chilli and chopped garlic. Sautee for few seconds over medium flame.

Now add chopped brinjal, chopped rea banana, chopped pumpkin. Mix well and saute for 5-7 minutes over medium flame. Now add ginger garlic paste. Mix everything well. Again cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add mustard paste.

Saute for 5-7 minutes again.

Now add 2 cups of water. Simmer for about 4-5 minutes.

Now add fresh spinach and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes at medium flame. Stir occasionally. After 3-4 minutes switch off the flame and transfer to a bowl. Now serve piping hot palak ki sabzi.
