  • Pork meatballs
    Pork meatballs for hotpot or soup🍲
  • 1/4Napa cabbage
  • 1/4Shimeii mushroom
  • 10 cmSpring onion
  • Rice or noodles(udon or ramen noodles)
  • Hotpot soup
  • 1000 ccWater
  • 2table spoons Chinese chicken stock powder
  • 1table spoons Oyster sauce
  • 2tea spoons Grated ginger
  • 2Garlic cloves (grated)

    Please check my meatball recipe for the pork meatballs.

    Pork meatballs for hotpot or soup🍲

    Cut Napa cabbage in small pieces(5cm width). Finely chop spring onion.

  3. 3

    Mix all the soup ingredients in a pot. Once it’s boiled, add pork meatballs or vegetables.

    Once you eat meat and vegetables, I recommend you you to add noodles or rice and cook them in the remaining soup! We call it “Shime(closing)” in Japan.
