Ingredients

30 minutes
5-6 servings
  • 250 gmcauliflower florets
  • 100 gmfresh peas
  • 50 gmbeans
  • 1small carrot
  • 15-20boiled and fried small potatoes
  • 1capsicum each(red, yellow and green)
  • 1boiled sweet potato
  • For muthiya
  • 100 gmbesan
  • 50 gmsuji
  • 50 gmmakai aata
  • leavesChopped green methi
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tea spoonamchur powder
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 tea spoongaram masala
  • 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tea spoondhaniya jeera powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1/2 tea spoonKali mirch powder
  • 2 tablespooncooking oil
  • For puree
  • 500 gmTomato
  • 2onion
  • 15-20 clovesgarlic
  • 20 gmginger
  • 20-25Curry patta
  • For Cooking
  • 50 gmoil
  • 1 tea spoondalchini powder
  • 1 table spoongaram masala
  • 2 table spoonturmeric powder
  • 3 table spoonred chilli powder
  • 3 table spoondhaniya powder
  • 50 gmpure ghee
  • 100 gmbutter
  • 2 tea spoonsugar or Gur
  • 2lemon juice
  • as requiredSalt to taste
  • 1 teaspoonjeera
  • 2 tea spoonhing

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    For muthiya
    Mix all the ingredients with Lukewarm water

    Make small muthiya or pakoda and fry in vegetable oil

    Cut all the vegetables in one inch size(carrot, beans,florets etc)

    Make coarse puree of all the ingredients except Curry patta

  5. 5

    Take oil, puree ghee in cooker put jeera, hing and chopped onion saute till golden brown.

  6. 6

    Put puree and all masala in it, mix it well till it leaves oil and ghee

    Add all vegetables and muthiya and mix well

  8. 8

    Give one whistle on full flame and slow down the flame for 2-3 minutes

  9. 9

    After cooling Garnish it with chopped green coriander leaves and put butter on it with sesame seeds
