I always make palak like sarson ka Saag and it turns out amazing.
Steps

Add oil in a pan then add meat along with onion, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook for few minutes on high flame.

Now add all dry masalas. Cover and cook until the meat is about 90% done.

Now chop the spinach and some green chillies and add this mixture onto the cooked meat.

Mix and cook well until the oil comes out of the sides.

In a separate pan heat butter and add red whole chillies, green chillies, garlic slices and ginger julienne. When bhagar turns golden brown pour onto the cooked meat with Kasuri methi and cover for a while. Serve hot with naan or roti.
