At first, mash the potatoes properly. Then heat a kadhai add 2 tbsp oil. Let it heat properly. Add green chilli and stir it. Then add green peas and stir it. Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Reduce the flame to low.

Add all spices one by one. Mix everything well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves and mix it well. Stuffing is ready now. Let it cool down completely.

On the other side, take a plate add some water. Take a bread and cut all the sides. Take one bread and dip it into the water and take it out immediately. Squeeze the water gently. Put Stuffing in the middle and roll it from all sides to seal it. Give it oval shape. Bread rolls are ready to fry.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Put the rolls in hot oil one or two. Fry it on medium flame till golden brown. Keep flipping in between. When bread rolls turn golden brown take it out in a plate. Bread rolls are ready to eat. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup and enjoy with tea.....😋😋
