Dhaba Style Palak Paneer

Wash spinach properly, keep some water for boiling on the flame, add some sugar, spinach in boiling water,when start boiling switch off flame, take out spinach immediately put it in the ice cold water

Put ginger, green chilli, tomatoes in the mixer jar & make fine puree
- 3
Heat oil in a pan, add tomato puree, add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder & saute till masala release the sides of pan
- 4
Put roasted besan in the pan, after that put the spinach puree & cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. Add salt as per taste, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes

Add cubes of paneer, turn off flame, Pour desi ghee on top. Dhaba Style Palak Paneer is ready to serve, Serve it with hot chapati, plain rice
