    Makkai k atta ko neem garam pani se gondh le. or ab ek peda bana kar plastic sheet pe rakhyn or dosra plastic sheet rakh k hath se roti ki shakal dyn. ye roti na zyada moti ho or na hi patli ho.

    Ab tawa garam kar k us pe roti ko dal dyn. or thora se desi ghee lagayn. or (2mint) k bd roti ki side badal dyn or us pe b ghee lagyn or golden color ane tak pakayn.

    Roti pak jae to ek bowl me nikal lyn or ab is me Desi ghee or shakar or Saunf dal kar bareek torr le. or garma garm Kashmiri chai k sath serve kryn.
