  1. 2cupsCauliflower, steamed
  2. 2cupsCheese, grated
  3. 1tspGreen chillies, grated
  4. 1/2teaspoon,Crushed garlic
  5. 1cupMilk
  6. 1/2cupCoriander leaves, finely chopped
  7. 1tsppepper powder
  8. 1tspSpice mix (Cumin, coriander, carom, dry roasted and ground)
  9. 1/2cupCashew nuts fried in ghee
  10. 1/2cupDesiccated coconut flakes
  11. requiredSalt

    Boil water in a kadai over medium heat. Place in the steam basket with cauliflower buds in it. The water should be at the bottom of the basket. Cauliflower buds should not be touched. Turn off the stove when the buds are slightly soft. Take out the basket. Place the steam cooked cauliflower s in a bowl. Salt to taste. Sprinkle with the spice mix. Toss, Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves

    Make cheese sauce by mixing milk, cheese, chilies and garlic in a heavy pan over medium heat. The cheese should melt well, about 5 minutes.

    Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower florets in the bowl. Let cool. The sauce will thicken. Sprinkle 1 tsp freshly ground pepper on the topGarnish with roasted cashew nuts
    and desiccated coconut on top. Taste and serve
