Neem has many medicinal properties. It's good as a blood purifier and good for diabetic patient also.

As far as possible try to have the young leaves.it's less bitter 🙂

Ingredients

2-3 servings

HandfulNeem leaves
1/2 tspGhee
as per tasteSalt to sprinkle (optional)

Clean and thoroughly wash the leaves and drain excess water. If you have time....spread it on a clean cloth and let the excess water dry. Take little amount of ghee in a kadai, once heated add the leaves and stir it on low medium flame and keep stirring till it turns crispy. You will start hearing the rustling of the leaves like when you walk on a layer of Dried leaves in a garden. Take it out and let it cool.

If you want you can sprinkle salt after it's cooled. I don't usually.
Serve with Hot / warm Steamed Rice 🍚 and have it at the beginning of the meal.
If left keep it in an airtight container, warm it in microwave oven for 30 secs and it will turn fresh and crispy again.
