Honey glazed carrots
Perfect for Christmas Day or just your regular Sunday roast

Cut the carrots into length wise strips. not to thin, not to thick

Part boil the carrots for 4 minutes to soften them a little bit

Preheat the oven to 180° C fan

Put carrot strips in a bowl with olive oil
- 5
Put the salt, pepper and what ever herbs seasoning or spices you would like
- 6
Place carrots in a roasting tray and roast on the middle shelf of the oven for 20 minutes take out then drizzle with half the honey and toss, put back in the oven for 8-10 minutes, once times up take out and toss again then put back in for 5-8 minutes

Take out then cool and serve
