In a plate add sugar and cinnamon powder. Mix well and set aside.
In a bowl add flour and yogurt and make a thick batter. Transfer in a piping bag. Cut off the end of the bag. - 2
In a pan heat oil on medium. Press the bag and cut off using a scissor (about an inch) an drop the dumplings in the oil. Keep turning them over to get even colour and is cooked evenly.

For the cinnamon and sugar coating put them straight in the cinnamon mix plate and toss to cover the balls.
For biscoff ones. Let the balls cool completely and melt biscoff and dip them in it. Let it set in the fridge for half an hour. - 5
I haven’t done sugar glazed ones but you can do them if preferred. In a bowl add 1/4 cup icing sugar, 1 tablespoon melted butter and 1 teaspoon milk. Mix and dip the balls in it. Let it set completely.
