Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 1 CupMaida
  2. 1/4 CupSugar Powder
  3. 1/8 teaspoonBaking Soda
  4. 1/4 teaspoonBaking Powder
  5. 1 teaspoonVanillaEssence
  6. 1 CupMilk
  7. PinchSalt
  8. 2 TablespoonsMelted ghee
  9. ForButter Scoth/ Ice Cream
  10. 250 mlAmul Gold
  11. 1 tablespoonCorn Flour
  12. 1 tablespoonGMS Powder
  13. 1/4 CupSugar
  14. 1/4 CupMilk Powder
  15. For sauce-
  16. 1/4 CupMilk
  17. 1 teaspoonButter
  18. 2 tablespoonsWalnut coursely crushed
  19. 2 tbspSugar
  20. 1/2 teaspoonGhee
  21. Pinchyellow colour
  22. As Per Required Chocolate sauce to garnish
  23. As Required Fruits to serve
  24. As required Chocolate to serve

Steps

    Mix Maida salt sugar powder vanilla essence melted ghee baking soda baking powder in a bowl. Add milk and beat well to make a smooth batter.

    Grease Waffle make with melted ghee or butter.And spread batter. And close the lid. Cook till gets nice golden brown colour.

    For Butter Scotch Ice-Cream.:-
    Boil milk on a slow flame.Adding Sugar.
    Dilute corn flour and GMS powder and add in boiling milk. Boil 7min.stir continuously on a slow flame. And lastly, turn on a high flame and boil the mixture for 1 min. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool completely. And transfer to an airtight container and keep in a freezer for 8-10hrs.

    To make Butter Scotch Crunch:- Caramelize sugar on a slow flame. add coursly crushed walnut and ghee. Stir and take out on a plate and spread allowing it to cool. for 10-15And break it with a hand. And make crunch. (It's just like chikki)
    For butter scotch sauce: Heat butter and add milk and sugar to make a sauce. stir
    Cont. The sauce is ready. Allow it to cool. The sauce is ready.

    Take out the ice cream base and churn add milk powder pinch yellow colour and churn with electroc beater. for 7-8min. And transfer in an airtight container for 1 hour. Take out after 1 hour.and add walnut crunch. Again keep in a freezer for 10-12 hrs. Ice cream is ready.

    Arrange waffles on a serving plate. A scoop of butter scotch ice cream. Garnish with chocolate sauce and fruits.
