Mix Maida salt sugar powder vanilla essence melted ghee baking soda baking powder in a bowl. Add milk and beat well to make a smooth batter.

Grease Waffle make with melted ghee or butter.And spread batter. And close the lid. Cook till gets nice golden brown colour.

For Butter Scotch Ice-Cream.:-
Boil milk on a slow flame.Adding Sugar.
Dilute corn flour and GMS powder and add in boiling milk. Boil 7min.stir continuously on a slow flame. And lastly, turn on a high flame and boil the mixture for 1 min. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool completely. And transfer to an airtight container and keep in a freezer for 8-10hrs. - 4
To make Butter Scotch Crunch:- Caramelize sugar on a slow flame. add coursly crushed walnut and ghee. Stir and take out on a plate and spread allowing it to cool. for 10-15And break it with a hand. And make crunch. (It's just like chikki)
For butter scotch sauce: Heat butter and add milk and sugar to make a sauce. stir
Cont. The sauce is ready. Allow it to cool. The sauce is ready. - 5
Take out the ice cream base and churn add milk powder pinch yellow colour and churn with electroc beater. for 7-8min. And transfer in an airtight container for 1 hour. Take out after 1 hour.and add walnut crunch. Again keep in a freezer for 10-12 hrs. Ice cream is ready.

Arrange waffles on a serving plate. A scoop of butter scotch ice cream. Garnish with chocolate sauce and fruits.
