Soak chickpeas overnight.

Next day,boil chickpeas with ginger garlic till tender.

Boil,peel and cube potatoes.

Chop onions and coriander.

Cook together tamarind,sugar,colour and salt till it rapidly boils.

Add in all spices.

Cook till it slightly thickens.

Turn off the flame.

Add in chickpeas,potatoes,onion and coriander.

Mix them well.

Serve at once.
