Quinoa veggies soya pulao

Wash quinoa, in a pan add Quinoa, water, oil, salt and turmeric, bring to a boil, cover and reduce the flame to low. Cook until quinoa is tender and water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork gently to separate.

Boil the soyachunks with salt for 5 minutes, drain water and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, add all the vegetables and saute them, add salt and then add soyachunks, then add turmeric powder, garam masala powder and saute and let it cook over medium flame until vegetables are cooked properly.

Then add Quinoa and mix properly and cook for another 5 minutes, lastly add coriander leaves.
