Ingredients

  • 1& 1/2 bowl white flour
  • 1 bowlsugar(grinded)
  • 3/4 bowloil
  • 11/2 tsp.Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp.Baking soda
  • 1 tsp.Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • Dry fruits (dust with flour)
  • 1 tbs.Vinegar
  • 1 tsp.Coco powder

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, mix grinded sugar & oil. Then add flour & milk. Mix it well. Make smooth batter.

    Then add baking powder, baking soda, coco powder, vinegar & vanilla essence. Mix it very well.

    Then add dry fruits with this batter. Grease the bowl with oil & set butter paper on it. Then Pour batter on it. Tap it. Then bake it for 40 to 45 minutes. Cake is ready. Cool it & serve it.
