Add salt, oil, turmeric and citric acid to the besan.

Then add the water and mix it in such a way that it does not remain knotted. Then pour the Eno and pour some water on top. and mixing.

Lighten up the mixture by stirring the mixture to one side. Then grease the deep vessel and spread the batter in it and steam it.

Now heat oil and add mustard seeds and asafetida and add chili and curry leaves. Then add it in sugar syrup and pour it on steamed khaman.

Nylon khaman is ready to serve.
