Take a pan, heat on slow flame, add water, leaf powder, green tea leaves, crushed ginger and mint, sugar, Saffron strands, elaichi and tea masala - which is powder of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, nutmeg, strands of saffron and dry ginger.

Boil til water reduce to half. Flavour and colour enhances tea. Now add milk. Boil for 2 minutes. Tea turns in pinkish red colour.

Ready to serve. Enjoy anytime alone or with breakfast or snacks.
