Ingredients

  1. 1 cupItalian bread crumbs
  2. 4boneless pork chops
  3. 1 Tbspmargarine
  4. 2 tspgrated lemon peel
  5. 1egg slightly beaten
  6. 1 tspdried basil leaves
  7. Marinara sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 375 degree

  2. 2

    Grease 15x10x1 inch baking pan

  3. 3

    Combine breadcrumbs, margarine, lemon peel, and basil

  4. 4

    Brush chops with egg then dip in crumb mixture to coat top and sides

  5. 5

    Place in a pan and bake for 375 degree for 30 -40 minutes

  6. 6

    Heat marinara sauce and serve over chops and fresh pasta
