Crunchy crisps can be made from leftover salmon skin.

Ingredients

  1. Leftover salmon skin
  2. salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Lightly salt the salmon skin.
    Not necessary if already salted.
    Place on a baking sheet in the oven and bake at 120°C for 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Turn over front and back and bake for another 20 minutes.
    If not already crispy, bake until crispy.
