Wash, clean and chop fenugreek leaves in a mixing bowl. Peel, Wash and Chop onion and green chilli and grate ginger piece add in fenugreek leaves.

Add all 3 flours and dry masale and mix well. Now knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Now knead the dough again for 1 minute. Divide it in 4 parts and shape it round ball.

Dust the ball and Roll it round with the help of rolling pin.

Put it on heated griddle. Roast on both sides for 2 minutes. Then apply ghee on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden. Like wise make all the parathas.

Serve hot with butter.
