Boil the chicken with seasonings.

Chop the potatoes, tomatoes, and onion. Add oil and then garlic.

Add the chopped onion to the garlic and cook until the onion softens.

Add the potatoes and mix well, then add the spices.

When the chicken is cooked, add it to the potatoes.

Broil until the top is golden brown and fully cooked.

Add chicken broth to the mixture, blend the tomatoes, and add them in.

When the potatoes are almost done, place the dish in the middle rack of the oven.
