  2. 1 1/3 cupscherry tomatoes (about 200 grams)
  3. 3bay leaves
  4. as neededVegetable broth,
  5. Salt, as needed

  7. 1large onion
  8. as neededOlive oil,
  9. as neededBasil leaves,
  10. For the vegetable broth
  11. 1carrot
  12. 1celery stalk
  13. 1onion
  14. as neededSalt,
  15. Tools
  16. Large skillet
  17. Pot for vegetable broth
  18. Plate
  19. Wooden spoon or similar
  20. Ladle

    Add olive oil and sliced onion to a large skillet. Sauté until the onion is soft, then add the roast chicken drumsticks and cook to let the flavors blend.

    Stir, then add the cherry tomatoes, previously washed and diced.

    Stir again, then add some vegetable broth, previously made by simmering carrot, celery, onion, and salt in cold water for 30–35 minutes over low heat.

    If the mixture gets too dry, add more broth. Add bay leaves, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
