2022 has passed with so many memories. I have learned to be more patient with others. My husband taught me to be positive & never react to negativity of others. I have learned to be more thankful to Allah SWT. Spend my time by making new recipes & posting on Cookpad & other Social Network. This year has few painful memories too as we lost our brother inlaw in july. Still this gives us pain . I pray 2023 will more fruitful for all of us and bless everyone with their wishes.

Take oil and add onion slices. Make it completely brown. Blend with yogurt and keep aside. Heat the remaining oil into the pan, then put dollop of ghee.

Put cardamom, cloves, garlic and fry them properly.

Now add the chicken and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Keep stirring it. - 4
Once it is light in colour add coriander powder. Add salt & onion 🧅 yogurt paste.

Add ginger & garlic paste. Let it cook.

Add red chilli powder, kashmiri powder, garam masala.

Add Almonds powder to give it a shahi taste. If gravy is too thick add little water. The masala should fuse well with the Chicken.

Add saffron strands mixed in water or add few drops of saffron essence. Add 2-3 drops of kewra essence too. Cover it & cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

Serve hot with naan or sheermal.
