Wash palak well.
Boil it along with peas for 4_5 mins
Drain it and dip in cold water to maintain greeness. Drain well - 2
Grind in mixer along with ginger,garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves,laung (with out adding water).

Take out in plate,add salt, Red chilli powder, cornflour, potatoes,and bread crumbs.

Make shape and roll over bread crumbs and fry it

Serve with chutney.
