Spaghetti Pie (vegan and gluten free)
An adaptation of a Betty Crocker Recipe.
Steps

Cook spaghetti (should have about 3 cups cooked).

Mix chia seeds with water and let sit for one minute to form an “egg” Drain noodles and stir in vegan butter, nutritional yeast and “eggs”.

Form crust in 10” pie plate. Crumble tofu and spread over bottom.

Brown “meat” crumbles, onion, and green pepper till vegetables are tender. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt. Heat through.
Add meat mixture on top of crust. - 5
Bake uncovered @ 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle “mozzarella” on top and bake 5 more minutes.
