Drunken Noodles with Mixed Seafood (Pad Kee Mao)

Sauté the garlic in oil until fragrant. Add the shrimp and squid, and stir-fry until just cooked.

Add the eggs, rice noodles, and sliced hot peppers. Season with soy sauce, seasoning sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry quickly, then add the Thai basil leaves just before removing from heat.

Serve on a plate lined with lettuce leaves.
