Firstly, heat oil, add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cumin seeds and saute.

Additionally, add ginger garlic paste, green chilli and onions saute.

Now add all spices powder and saute. And also add tomato puree and saute till it thickens.

Saute till the masala starts to release oil. Add sauted methi leaves.

Additionally add sugar and salt.
Saute for a minute. - 6
Now add milk, cream and water.

Also add paneer cubes nnd mix gently. Add garam masala.

Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Finally, serve methi malai paneer with chapati or paratha.
