Add bajra and wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add chopped fenugreek leaves, grated radish, green chilli and ginger. Mix all dry masale. Knead a dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes.

Make balls. Dust with dry flour and roll paratha.

Heat a griddle. Roast paratha from both sides. Apply cooking oil on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden brown colour. Like wise make all the parathas.

Serve hot with butter.
