Kuttu pancakes

Add vinegar to milk and set aside. In a mixer jar take chopped banana, oats, jaggery powder, kuttu flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, curd and oil.

Grind to a smooth paste and remove in a bowl. Add milk and whisk well. Set aside for t minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan and brush with some butter. Pour a ladle of the batter. When bubbles appear on the surface.

Flip and cook till both sides are done and the pancake puffs up a bit.

Prepare all the pancakes in the similar manner. Dust some icing sugar, drizzle some fresh cream, a blob of butter and some strawberry compote and Enjoy!
