Gud paratha with multigrain flour
Steps
- 1
In a parath, put multigrain flour, salt and saunf powder. Mix.
Next add water gradually and knead a semi soft dough. Brush oil nicely on the dough and cover and keep it aside for 15 minutes resting.
After resting, knead the dough again. Dough is soft. - 2
Now heat a tawa in slow heat.
Now take a small portion of the dough. Roll a bit. Grease with ghee. Sprinkle dry atta. Now put jaggery powder in the centre and close the dough portion, like we do in case of any stuffed paratha. Now dust dry atta and roll into a thick roti or give any shape of your choice.
Roast in slow to medium heat. Put ghee on both sides. - 3
Roast till brownish and crispy.
