First, thoroughly clean and wash the spinach.

Boil the spinach in a pan, let it cool slightly, then blend it into a fine paste. Cut the paneer into pieces and fry them.

Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and chopped onions. Blend the tomato, garlic, ginger, and green chilies together in a blender jar.

Add the blended tomato, green chili, and ginger paste to the pan. Add salt, turmeric, and all the spices. Then add the spinach paste and cook for 5 minutes. Add butter and paneer, stir, and add garam masala.

Add a little water and let it come to a boil. After 2 minutes, turn off the heat. Palak Paneer is ready. Serve it with roti, paratha, naan, or any bread of your choice.
