Steps

For Patishapta Batter - in a bowl add Maida, milk, sugar, sooji, cardamom powder, salt and mix, whisk well to make a smooth batter. Cover for 15 mins.

For Kheer Filling - In a wok add milk and bring it to boil, stirring continuously reducing it to 2 cups, set aside 1 cup for further use.

Add Khejur Gur, milk powder and mix well. The consistency will thicken and Kheer will form. Add ghee and stir, set aside. Kheer is ready

To the rest of the 1 cup thick milk, add condensed milk, rose water and mix, set aside

In a pan brush ghee and take a ladle of the batter, spread like a thin paper, let bubbles appear and add a tsp of the filling in the side and roll till the end, set aside and complete the batches

On a serving bowl add Dudh, place the Kheer Patishapta and garnish with dry rose petals. Enjoy 😊
