Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 1celeriac
  • 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 180g mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Bunch of fresh coriander

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the celeriac then finely grate. I do this with a food processor on the finest setting.

  2. 2

    Mix the lemon juice, mayonnaise honey, salt, lemon juice in a large bowl.

  3. 3

    Mix in the celeriac and mix well.

  4. 4

    Chop the coriander and stir in.
