Dry roast the ragi & roughly crossed with the help of a mushler.

Heat a sauspan add 1n half cup.water add ginger Crushed Whenever the ginger water boils nicely add ragi crossed & salt.boils nicely, add jaggery & boils again.

Ragi ginger tea is ready.Strain the tea with a serving cup& serve immediately.
