Tagliatelle Mascarpone Pork Mince

It's special because it is not tomato based and I eat it with a Dessert Spoon and Dinner Fork. The idea came from a Italian Chef that can speak English and who cooked the Recipe for UK TV - Gino Di-campo when he made a Reality TV Show for ITV linking Cooking with Dating in the Winter of 2022

Steps
- 1
Put plenty cold tap water in a Cauldron Saucepan - boil on the hob stove
- 2
Add the 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil too your non-stick Wok etc. and then chop and dice the onions and then place in the Olive Oil - gently fry for 10 minutes and then add the finely chopped garlic and then add the Pork mince, just keep gently frying and turning with a Wooden Spoon the Pork mince needs at least 10 minutes frying time
- 3
Beat the hen eggs in your Kenwood Mixing Bowl - beat with a Dinner Fork and then add the Flours' and then make the cold water tap trickle and catch the cold water from both sides so the cold water goes into your Kenwood Mixing Bowl and then mix with the Kenwood Dough Hook on. Rest the raw Pasta dough ball if you can in the Fridge preferably overnight
- 4
Put plenty of Plain Flour over the Kitchen side. Cut the Pasta dough ball into small individual balls and then attach your Kenwood Lasagne Roller and then eventually flatten too a grade 4 and then place on the floured surface and then cut into strip's the width of your little Finger and then place to the side and then do some more. Place all the Pasta into the boiling water and cook for between 5 - 10 minutes
- 5
Put the Mascarpone Cheese in with the Pork mince and onions and then stir and then add the cooked tagliatelle over the top within the non-stick Wok and add some of the Pasta water and then cook the Pasta water through and then distribute too 4 Dinner Plates and then serve. Too garnish with Parsley or Basil Leaves would be nice. Done
