During this rainy season, there's nothing like a delicious rice pudding, my darlings.
Cooking Instructions

Start by boiling the cinnamon stick and water. Once it's boiling, add the rice and let it cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is slightly tender.

Add the milk, evaporated milk, and stir. Add raisins to taste; I only added 2 large spoonfuls.

Wait until the rice is fully cooked and starts to boil. REMEMBER TO KEEP STIRRING WELL SO IT DOESN'T STICK OR BURN AT THE BOTTOM.

TURN OFF THE HEAT AND REMOVE FROM THE STOVE 😍 AND ENJOY!! MY DARLINGS 😋😋😋
