Ingredients

10-15 mins
10 small pancakes
  • 1large egg
  • 1mug of self raising flour
  • 1mug milk
  • Handful of berries (optional)

10-15 mins
  1. 1

    Whisk together the egg and flour, then gradually add the milk to form a batter. Add any soft fruit at this stage and mix to combine

  2. 2

    Add a little oil to a frying pan and place over a medium heat. Add a ladle at at time and allow to set and when it bubbles it’s ready to flip
