Steps

Roast the vermicelli. In a vessel heat water and add salt, a tsp of oil, when it starts boiling add vermicelli and cook for 5mts. Drain and keep aside

Now in a bowl add vermicelli, boiled and mashed potatoes and peas.

Now add all the spices and mix well. Add refined wheat flour. Form a dough

Roll into cylindrical shape

Shallow fry till golden brown on all the sides

Serve with tomato ketchup or chutney. Best as a starter
