In a bowl combine the mayonnaise, black pepper,salt,sugar, cream salad,white vinegar and milk powder. Give it a thorough mix then set aside.

In a bigger bowl add the cooked macaroni, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, grated carrot and chopped boiled eggs. Mix well then pour the dressing on top and mix. Serve with rice or enjoy it alone as a meal.
