This simple chicken dish is easy and quick to make, made with yogurt gravy, fresh tomatoes 🍅, spices and herbs just in mins, good idea if you are expecting a guest. Heat oil, add cumin seeds when start to crackle, add finely chopped onions 🧅 cook until golden, add ginger garlic paste 🧄 saute for 1 min. Fry chicken pieces till golden, cook on low flame, add 'Qorma masala' and mix well, cook for a few minutes.

Add tomato puree 🍅, green chillies paste and mix well, cook until oil comes out, add kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, coriander & cumin powder, turmeric powder, fried crushed onions 🧅 and mix well. Whisk yogurt, pour in the chicken mixture and mix well, add half cup water 💦 and mix well.

Cook till oil separates from gravy and chicken gets tender, delicious 'Qorma' is ready to serve. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿. Serve with hot naan, toasted bread slices 🍞, plain rice 🍚.
