Rinse the agwaluma and peel off the skin. Open up to remove the seeds. Place in a bowl and set aside.

In a blender add all the ingredients except water. Cover and blend until smooth and creamy. You can adjust the the thickness with the water. If it's too thick for you add the 1/8 cup of water and blend again,to combine. Serve immediately.
